Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is looking to recruit a Water Treatment Equipment Field Supervisor.
As Supervisor you will supervise the Equipment team and ensure the successful execution of equipment jobs and projects. Including surveying, servicing, installation etc.
To provide exceptional customer service to industrial and commercial customers. To support existing customers, and the broader team with matters pertaining to engineering plant and equipment. You will successfully lead the team, installation jobs and projects to a high standard, and to assist in training and development of other members of the team.
Areas of responsibility:
- To ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
- To complete site-specific RAMS for jobs and to assist with RAMS production for more complex
- projects.
- To carry out competence assessments on engineers
- To carry out regular audits on team
- Assisting the Engineering Manager and Engineering Administrator with scheduling requirements
- General assistance to Engineering Manager in the supervision and leadership of the team
- To assist in training and development of other members of the team.
- To deal with customer queries and ensure works are progressed to agreed expectations.
- To complete site log books to agreed specifications.
- To carry out engineering plant and equipment servicing, maintenance and support duties in line with company procedures.
- To successfully lead installation jobs and projects to a high standard.
- To carry out engineering plant and equipment installation, maintenance and commissioning.
- To carry out routine field-testing duties for contract customers throughout the UK,
- in accordance with best practice and legislation.
- Quotation support with plant/equipment jobs.
- To assist consultants and clients in surveys as required.
- To ensure that all admin processes, including site service reports, schedules, and time sheets, are completed, submitted, and communicated in a timely manner.
- To attend all courses, seminars and training sessions as deemed necessary.
- To ensure all Health and Safety procedures and administration processes are adhered to.
- To communicate any relevant findings to the appropriate team members.
- To ensure that all admin processes, including site service reports, mileage sheets and expenses are completed in a timely manner.
- To complete reports on the company systems and photo reports to a high standard at all times and completed on time.
- To carry out pre-work risk assessments to a high standard and ensure all paperwork is correct.
- To maintain all equipment provided to the necessary requirements to undertake appropriate standards of service.
- To be presentable and work in a professional manner at all times.
