Our client designs and manufactures complete pre-engineered water treatment systems for numerous process applications as well as key elements for OEM’s and
other water treatment companies. They are now recruiting for a Water Treatment Project Engineer.
Duties will include:
- To Service and Commission, install, attend breakdowns and maintain Water Treatment Equipment
- All work to be carried out using generic or site-specific method statement / risk assessment and adhere to any equipment manufacturers design specifications.
- Using Software and making sure you send your reports to the office on completion of each day.
- To report on any issues / further visits that may be required.
- Tools and equipment in good / working condition.
- To attend necessary training courses.
- To attend and actively participate in regular management / engineer meetings.
- To participate in skills matrix and regular reviews.
- Responsible for conducting installation and all other works to all appropriate guidance and legislation to ensure compliance, i.e., Water Regs, 18th Edition electrical guidance, British Standards, etc.
- Installation and commission will involve pipework, electrical work/fault finding and sampling.
- All work to be carried out using RAMS produced by the projects team and adhere to any equipment manufacturers design specifications.
- Responsible for completing a validation document for each project.
- Responsible for completing commissioning reports for each project.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within margin.
