Our client has been providing a high-quality service and great value to the water treatment and hygiene industrial and commercial sectors to both facilities management companies and end users.
They are now looking to recruit an Account Manager in Yorkshire to carry out and take responsibility for account management and sales activities on the company’s accounts. To maintain and develop further sales of water treatment and water hygiene products and services within the customer base in accordance with agreed business plans, company values and performance KPIs.
Duties Include:
- Provide quotations for water sampling after positive samples are returned to the office
- To manage client relationships and satisfaction, ensure profitability, resolve client concerns and maintain and enhance the image and reputation of the company within its marketplace
- To sell the company’s products and services to an existing client base in line with HSE guidelines and company values
- To monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information reports. Assist and cover for colleagues as needed and be a great team worker
- To respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, new leads and referrals where needed and provide help to the account managers within the business.
- To prepare quotes and proposals in line with agreed company policies
- To establish, maintain and develop current client relationships in order to grow the accounts.
- To achieve sales and profitability targets as agreed
- To maintain and update customer records in agreed database formats
- Provide RAMS for works as required

Basic Salary of £40K + Commission, Company Car, Pension
