Out client is a successful water treatment company with a strong ethos of fantastic client support and compliancy. The are currently looking to employ an Operations Manager to direct and support the engineering team to continue delivering the service that our clients expect.
Based out of their Oxfordshire office you will be responsible for the following
• Overseeing and managing engineers and engineering department
• Liaising with clients, contract managers and engineers to book in work
• Management of warehouse, fleet, chemical and equipment stocks
• Reporting directly to senior management and taking an active role in the running of the company
Key Requirements
• Location within reasonable travel distance to their Oxfordshire Office
• Desire to make the position your own and develop the role
• Working knowledge of water treatment/water hygiene and or logistics
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Working knowledge of computer packages and systems
• Proven record in management
• Ability to demonstrate delivery of similar works
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Health and Safety qualification preferable
Salary in the region of £45,000 to £50,000, dependent upon experience
