Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is looking to recruit a Senior Water Treatment Account Manager in the South East
You will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing delivery of multiple water treatment contracts. You will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and seek opportunities for account growth and retention. This role requires technical experience and knowledge in water treatment.
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day account management of multiple water treatment and hygiene accounts
- Support the setup of contract delivery at the beginning of new contracts
- Respond to ongoing client requests and compliance issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor operational performance and raise any issues with the delivery team as required
- Monitor financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and take actions with accounts to ensure they remain on budget
- Conduct account reviews to identify potential reasons for account loss and explore up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Negotiate contract renewals with accounts
- Working closely with the business development team to support any new opportunities
Experience Required:
- Proven track record in account management
- Demonstrated sales skills and ability to meet targets
- Experience in building strong relationships with customers
- Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience in water treatment & Hygiene is essential, such as cooling towers / steam boilers / heating & chilled closed systems / RO & Softener plant, secondary disinfection and chemical treatment etc. Including a working knowledge of industry guidance such as ACOP L8, HSG274, BS 2486:1997.
- Self-motivated with strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Full UK driving license
Package:
- Basic salary is up to £45,000 per year, depending on your professional experience.
