They are looking to recruit a Senior Pre-Comm Engineer in London
Duties:
- Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulations
- Use a variety of chemicals, methodology and equipment to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants from systems
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others while maintaining health and safety procedures
- Provide training to assistants and other team members as required while providing daily feedback and project updates
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to pre-commission cleaning
- Valid SSSTS / CSCS, but if you don’t possess, please still apply if you think you have demonstrating experience
- Valid driver’s licence as you will need to travel to different sites
Package:
- Basic Salary of £40,000 - £50,000
