Building Surveyor with professional experience at a intermediate or Senior level. Client focused, hard working with a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will have a range of experience which will ideally include the following:
- Contract Administration, Project Management and Employers Agent
- Condition Surveys
- Schedule of Condition
- Licence to Alter
- Feasibility Studies
- PPM and Asset Management
- Schedule of Dilapidation
- Reactive Maintenance surveys
- Building Pathology
- RCA
- Planning and Building Control Matters
- Heritage and Listed Building
- EWS visual and intrusive surveys and project delivery.
Your experience is key to success in your application. Being RICS chartered isn't essential but you will need to be willing and able to achieving this level.
You must have private practice experience with the majority of those listed above.
There will be travel involved although most of the work will be London based.
