New opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to carry out Residential Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports within a privately owned and independent practice covering several areas within the M25 and Home Counties.
- Main areas currently available are North London and Essex.
Flexible options are available for motivated candidates with a varied workload dealing mainly with Lenders and Private clients.
You will ideally be willing to join on a contract / freelance basis, but there may be opportunity for an employed position for the right candidate.

To be successful in your application you will be:
- An experienced Chartered Surveyor with experience in carrying out Residential Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports.
- You will be a registered RICS Valuer with knowledge and experience in carrying out Valuation work with a strong understanding of your local area and market.
It is usual for surveyors working with this client to carry out one or two valuations in any given day or perhaps a Homebuyer Report and a small valuation or Building Survey only (Portfolios excepted).
There is no typing required, dictation will be sent to the office administrators and reports will be returned to you digitally.
